Principal Consultant

Justin brings 20+ years of leadership and construction oversight experience, providing independent representation for owners across complex projects.

A Colorado Springs native, Justin combines engineering expertise, operational leadership, and a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering (Colorado State University), an MBA, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Colorado (PE #41526).

His background spans military, public, and private sectors:

• U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps Officer — led large-scale infrastructure and facilities projects

• U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Civilian) — oversaw $500M+ in military construction programs

• Private Sector COO & Franchise Partner — developed seven commercial properties while operating a multi-unit franchised restaurant group

Justin has overseen projects ranging from restaurants and hotels to grocery stores, airports, military facilities, and religious institutions. He holds multiple engineering and contracting certifications and has earned military commendations for leadership and project excellence.
